To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
